Christmas, Thank You Jesus for giving us life.

The Bible says…

“This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins” (1 John 4:9-10).

“…the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23).

“To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12).

Are you a skeptic?
■Is Christmas true? Is Jesus Christ for real? Answer
■Do you have an open-mind? If so, here are some things to think about. Go
■Why would I want to become a Christian; they’re a bunch of hypocrites?
■To find answers to many other questions about the Bible and Christianity
■Accept Jesus - I want to accept Christ’s gift of eternal life, but I don’t know how.
■Reject Jesus - I don’t believe any of this. I’m still skeptical.
■Rededicate - I am saved, but I have not been living like a follower of Jesus. I want to rededicate my life to him right now.
See our “Ten Tips for New and Growing Christians”.

■Wait - I have more questions.

Are you thankful to him?

A true Christian would want to examine everything they say, because Jesus said in Matthew 12:36-37, "But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." We will now set aside all of the customs, glitter and traditions of Christmas, which were taken from pagan witchcraft and popularized by the Roman Catholic Church, and we will focus on the true meaning of the words, "Merry Christmas!"

The word "Merry" is simple to define. It unquestionably means to be happy, joyful and light-hearted. The word "merry" fits into the ambience of laughter and frivolity. This word "merry" by itself is innocent and innocuous enough, but as we will now see, it becomes heinously blasphemous when used with the word "Christmas."

Here let it be noted that most people think that the word, "Christmas" means "the birth of Christ." By definition, it means "death of Christ", and I will prove it by using the World Book Encyclopedia, the Catholic Encyclopedia, and a book entitled, The Mass In Slow Motion.

If you are an honest, sincere and discerning Christian, please read on; if not, you might as well stop right here. The World Book Encyclopedia defines "Christmas" as follows: "The word Christmas comes from "Cristes Maesse", an early English phrase that means "Mass of Christ." (1) It is interesting to note that the word "Mass", as used by the Roman Catholics, has traditionally been rejected by the so-called Protestants, such as Lutherans, Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals and so on. The word "Mass" is strictly a Catholic word and thus, so is "Christ-Mass."

It would stand to reason, that since all of these denominations love and embrace "Christ-Mass", that December 25th is the great homecoming day, when all of the Protestants become Catholic for a day. It would seem that all of the so-called "wayward daughters" of the Romish church return to their mother, the scarlet harlot. Thus, all of the so-called Protestant churches could sing to the Pope that popular song "I'll be home for Christmas."

As previously stated, the word "Mass" in religious usage means a "death sacrifice." The impact of this fact is horrifying and shocking; for when the millions of people are saying, "Merry Christmas", they are literally saying "Merry death of Christ!" Furthermore, when the fat man in the red suit laughs boisterously and says, "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas", he is mocking and laughing at the suffering and bleeding Saviour, who died for our sins. He does this while parents place their little children into his waiting arms to hear his false promises of gifts that he says he will give them. Consider what you are saying when you say "Merry Christmas."

What is so amusing about our Saviour's painful death? What is so funny? Why is Santa laughing? Why are you going along with it? Your words do count and Satan knows it. Yes, the word "Mass" does mean "death sacrifice", and to cement that fact, we will consider the definition of the inventors of the religious application of the word "Mass." I am looking at page 537 of the Catholic Encyclopedia, which says, "In the Christian law, the supreme sacrifice is that of the Mass." It goes on to say, "The supreme act of worship consists essentially in an offering of a worthy victim to God, the offering made by a proper person, as a priest, the destruction of the victim." (2) Please note carefully the word, "victim" of the Mass. The Latin word for victim is "Hostia" from which the word "host" is derived. The Mass, by definition of those who coined the word, is a sacrifice involving a victim. There is no other meaning for the word "Mass" or "Christ-Mass." On page 110 of a book entitled "The Mass In Slow Motion.

The True Meaning Of Thanksgiving

Cherokee Prayer Blessing

May the Warm Winds of Heaven
Blow softly upon your house.
May the Great Spirit
Bless all who enter there.
May your Mocassins
Make happy tracks
in many snows,
and may the Rainbow
Always touch your shoulder.

Native American Prayer

Oh, Great Spirit
Whose voice I hear in the winds,
And whose breath gives life to all the world,
hear me, I am small and weak,
I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty and make my eyes ever behold
the red and purple sunset.
Make my hands respect the things you have
made and my ears sharp to hear your voice.
Make me wise so that I may understand the things
you have taught my people.
Let me learn the lessons you have
hidden in every leaf and rock.

I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother,
but to fight my greatest enemy - myself.
Make me always ready to come to you
with clean hands and straight eyes.
So when life fades, as the fading sunset,
my Spirit may come to you without shame.

(translated by Lakota Sioux Chief Yellow Lark in 1887)
published in Native American Prayers - by the Episcopal Church.

The story began in 1614 when a band of English explorers sailed home to England with a ship full of Patuxet Indians bound for slavery. They left behind smallpox which virtually wiped out those who had escaped. By the time the Pilgrims arrived in Massachusetts Bay they found only one living Patuxet Indian, a man named Squanto who had survived slavery in England and knew their language. He taught them to grow corn and to fish, and negotiated a peace treaty between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Nation. At the end of their first year, the Pilgrims held a great feast honoring Squanto and the Wampanoags.

But as word spread in England about the paradise to be found in the new world, religious zealots called Puritans began arriving by the boat load. Finding no fences around the land, they considered it to be in the public domain. Joined by other British settlers, they seized land, capturing strong young Natives for slaves and killing the rest. But the Pequot Nation had not agreed to the peace treaty Squanto had negotiated and they fought back. The Pequot War was one of the bloodiest Indian wars ever fought.

In 1637 near present day Groton, Connecticut, over 700 men, women and children of the Pequot Tribe had gathered for their annual Green Corn Festival which is our Thanksgiving celebration. In the predawn hours the sleeping Indians were surrounded by English and Dutch mercenaries who ordered them to come outside. Those who came out were shot or clubbed to death while the terrified women and children who huddled inside the longhouse were burned alive. The next day the governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony declared "A Day Of Thanksgiving" because 700 unarmed men, women and children had been murdered.

Cheered by their "victory", the brave colonists and their Indian allies attacked village after village. Women and children over 14 were sold into slavery while the rest were murdered. Boats loaded with a many as 500 slaves regularly left the ports of New England. Bounties were paid for Indian scalps to encourage as many deaths as possible.

Following an especially successful raid against the Pequot in what is now Stamford, Connecticut, the churches announced a second day of "thanksgiving" to celebrate victory over the heathen savages. During the feasting, the hacked off heads of Natives were kicked through the streets like soccer balls. Even the friendly Wampanoag did not escape the madness. Their chief was beheaded, and his head impaled on a pole in Plymouth, Massachusetts -- where it remained on display for 24 years.

The killings became more and more frenzied, with days of thanksgiving feasts being held after each successful massacre. George Washington finally suggested that only one day of Thanksgiving per year be set aside instead of celebrating each and every massacre. Later Abraham Lincoln decreed Thanksgiving Day to be a legal national holiday during the Civil War -- on the same day he ordered troops to march against the starving Sioux in Minnesota.

This story doesn't have quite the same fuzzy feelings associated with it as the one where the Indians and Pilgrims are all sitting down together at the big feast. But we need to learn our true history so it won't ever be repeated. Next Thanksgiving, when you gather with your loved ones to Thank God for all your blessings, think about those people who only wanted to live their lives and raise their families. They, also took time out to say "thank you" to Creator for all their blessings.

At this point you are probably asking, "What is the big deal about Thanksgiving and the Pilgrims?" "What does this guy mean by a mixture of truths and myth?" That is just what this introduction is all about. I propose that there may be a good deal that many of us do not know about our Thanksgiving holiday and also about the "First Thanksgiving" story. I also propose that what most of us have learned about the Pilgrims and the Indians who were at the first Thanksgiving at Plymouth Plantation is only part of the truth. When you build a lesson on only half of the information, then you are not teaching the whole truth. That is why I used the word myth. So where do you start to find out more about the holiday and our modern stories about how it began?

A good place to start is with a very important book, "The Invasion of America," by Francis Jennings. It is a very authoritative text on the settlement of New England and the evolution of Indian/White relations in the New England colonies. I also recommend looking up any good text on British history. Check out the British Civil War of 1621-1642, Oliver Cromwell, and the Puritan uprising of 1653 which ended parliamentary government in England until 1660. The history of the Puritan experience in New England really should not be separated from the history of the Puritan experience in England. You should also realize that the "Pilgrims" were a sub sect, or splinter group, of the Puritan movement. They came to America to achieve on this continent what their Puritan bretheran continued to strive for in England; and when the Puritans were forced from England, they came to New England and soon absorbed the original "Pilgrims."

When comparing the events stirred on by the Puritans in England with accounts of Puritan/Pilgrim activities in New England in the same era, several provocative things suggest themselves:

1. The Puritans were not just simple religious conservatives persecuted by the King and the Church of England for their unorthodox beliefs. They were political revolutionaries who not only intended to overthrow the government of England, but who actually did so in 1649.

2. The Puritan "Pilgrims" who came to New England were not simply refugees who decided to "put their fate in God's hands" in the "empty wilderness" of North America, as a generation of Hollywood movies taught us. In any culture at any time, settlers on a frontier are most often outcasts and fugitives who, in some way or other, do not fit into the mainstream of their society. This is not to imply that people who settle on frontiers have no redeeming qualities such as bravery, etc., but that the images of nobility that we associate with the Puritans are at least in part the good "P.R." efforts of later writers who have romanticized them. It is also very plausible that this unnaturally noble image of the Puritans is all wrapped up with the mythology of "Noble Civilization" vs. "Savagery." At any rate, mainstream Englishmen considered the Pilgrims to be deliberate religious dropouts who intended to found a new nation completely independent from non-Puritan England. In 1643 the Puritan/Pilgrims declared themselves an independent confederacy, one hundred and forty-three years before the American Revolution. They believed in the imminent occurrence of Armegeddon in Europe and hoped to establish here in the new world the "Kingdom of God" foretold in the book of Revelation. They diverged from their Puritan brethren who remained in England only in that they held little real hope of ever being able to successfully overthrow the King and Parliament and, thereby, impose their "Rule of Saints" (strict Puritan orthodoxy) on the rest of the British people. So they came to America not just in one ship (the Mayflower) but in a hundred others as well, with every intention of taking the land away from its native people to build their prophesied "Holy Kingdom.

3. The Pilgrims were not just innocent refugees from religious persecution. They were victims of bigotry in England, but some of them were themselves religious bigots by our modern standards. The Puritans and the Pilgrims saw themselves as the "Chosen Elect" mentioned in the book of Revelation. They strove to "purify" first themselves and then everyone else of everything they did not accept in their own interpretation of scripture. Later New England Puritans used any means, including deceptions, treachery, torture, war, and genocide to achieve that end. They saw themselves as fighting a holy war against Satan, and everyone who disagreed with them was the enemy. This rigid fundamentalism was transmitted to America by the Plymouth colonists, and it sheds a very different light on the "Pilgrim" image we have of them. This is best illustrated in the written text of the Thanksgiving sermon delivered at Plymouth in 1623 by "Mather the Elder." In it, Mather the Elder gave special thanks to God for the devastating plague of smallpox which wiped out the majority of the Wampanoag Indians who had been their benefactors. He praised God for destroying "chiefly young men and children, the very seeds of increase, thus clearing the forests to make way for a better growth", i.e., the Pilgrims. In as much as these Indians were the Pilgrim's benefactors, and Squanto, in particular, was the instrument of their salvation that first year, how are we to interpret this apparent callousness towards their misfortune?

4. The Wampanoag Indians were not the "friendly savages" some of us were told about when we were in the primary grades. Nor were they invited out of the goodness of the Pilgrims' hearts to share the fruits of the Pilgrims' harvest in a demonstration of Christian charity and interracial brotherhood. The Wampanoag were members of a widespread confederacy of Algonkian-speaking peoples known as the League of the Delaware. For six hundred years they had been defending themselves from my other ancestors, the Iroquois, and for the last hundred years they had also had encounters with European fishermen and explorers but especially with European slavers, who had been raiding their coastal villages. They knew something of the power of the white people, and they did not fully trust them. But their religion taught that they were to give charity to the helpless and hospitality to anyone who came to them with empty hands. Also, Squanto, the Indian hero of the Thanksgiving story, had a very real love for a British explorer named John Weymouth, who had become a second father to him several years before the Pilgrims arrived at Plymouth. Clearly, Squanto saw these Pilgrims as Weymouth's people. To the Pilgrims the Indians were heathens and, therefore, the natural instruments of the Devil. Squanto, as the only educated and baptized Christian among the Wampanoag, was seen as merely an instrument of God, set in the wilderness to provide for the survival of His chosen people, the Pilgrims. The Indians were comparatively powerful and, therefore, dangerous; and they were to be courted until the next ships arrived with more Pilgrim colonists and the balance of power shifted. The Wampanoag were actually invited to that Thanksgiving feast for the purpose of negotiating a treaty that would secure the lands of the Plymouth Plantation for the Pilgrims. It should also be noted that the INDIANS, possibly out of a sense of charity toward their hosts, ended up bringing the majority of the food for the feast.

5. A generation later, after the balance of power had indeed shifted, the Indian and White children of that Thanksgiving were striving to kill each other in the genocidal conflict known as King Philip's War. At the end of that conflict most of the New England Indians were either exterminated or refugees among the French in Canada, or they were sold into slavery in the Carolinas by the Puritans. So successful was this early trade in Indian slaves that several Puritan ship owners in Boston began the practice of raiding the Ivory Coast of Africa for black slaves to sell to the proprietary colonies of the South, thus founding the American-based slave trade.

Obviously there is a lot more to the story of Indian/Puritan relations in New England than in the thanksgiving stories we heard as children. Our contemporary mix of myth and history about the "First" Thanksgiving at Plymouth developed in the 1890s and early 1900s. Our country was desperately trying to pull together its many diverse peoples into a common national identity. To many writers and educators at the end of the last century and the beginning of this one, this also meant having a common national history. This was the era of the "melting pot" theory of social progress, and public education was a major tool for social unity. It was with this in mind that the federal government declared the last Thursday in November as the legal holiday of Thanksgiving in 1898.

In consequence, what started as an inspirational bit of New England folklore, soon grew into the full-fledged American Thanksgiving we now know. It emerged complete with stereotyped Indians and stereotyped Whites, incomplete history, and a mythical significance as our "First Thanksgiving." But was it really our FIRST American Thanksgiving?

Now that I have deliberately provoked you with some new information and different opinions, please take the time to read some of the texts in our bibliography. I want to encourage you to read further and form your own opinions. There really is a TRUE Thanksgiving story of Plymouth Plantation. But I strongly suggest that there always has been a Thanksgiving story of some kind or other for as long as there have been human beings. There was also a "First" Thanksgiving in America, but it was celebrated thirty thousand years ago. At some time during the New Stone Age (beginning about ten thousand rs ago) Thanksgiving became associated with giving thanks to God for the harvests of the land. Thanksgiving has always been a time of people coming together, so thanks has also been offered for that gift of fellowship between us all. Every last Thursday in November we now partake in one of the OLDEST and most UNIVERSAL of human celebrations, and THERE ARE MANY THANKSGIVING STORIES TO TELL.

As for Thanksgiving week at Plymouth Plantation in 1621, the friendship was guarded and not always sincere, and the peace was very soon abused. But for three days in New England's history, peace and friendship were there.

Today is a time of celebrating for you -- a time of looking back to the first days of white people in America. But it is not a time of celebrating for me. It is with a heavy heart that I look back upon what happened to my People. When the Pilgrims arrived, welcomed them with open arms, little knowing that it was the beginning of the end. That before 50 years were to pass, the Wampanoag would no longer be a tribe. That the and other Indians living near the settlers would be killed by their guns or dead from diseases that we caught from them. Let us always remember, the Indian is and was just as human as the white people.

~~~~Native American Food ~~~~
Fry Bread
Also a palate-pleaser with Native Americans, this crispy, flattened dough has the vibe of a beignet. Fry bread gets served as a side dish, or as a beef-topped main or honey-drizzled dessert.
Pinon Soup
A toasted pine-nut soup with a lamb-bone, wild bird, and milk broth, have hearty and hot components, owing to red chile powder, coriander, mint, and plentiful scallions.
Roasted Sweet Corn in its Husk
A favorite of southern tribes, Indian corn cobs cook slowly in their vegetal shells, preserving moisture. Said to be tastier than straight-up boiled or grilled corn, the damp charred husk perfumes the air with a sweet scent.
Zuni Green Chili Stew
This lamb stew simmers in a fresh, local chili puree. Juniper, green onions, and wild garlic add flavor to the broth.
Chippewa Wild Rice
This casserole boasts strips of beaten wild fowl, eggs, and chunks of smoked meat. Typically, wild boar bacon gets used in this dish, but smoked deer meat also works. Garnish with wild chives.
Wild Salmon Poached in Sea Water
Many Native Indians in the Pacific Northwest prepped red salmon steaks in a willow basket cooked at a bare boil. They then spiced the filets with chiles and herbs.
Baked Squash and Wild Onions
Another dish, besides corn, that's often found at American Indian harvest festivals. Many versions of roasted gourd still wind up on the Thanksgiving table -- making it one of the only traditional dishes that has been preserved in popular American cookery.
Wild Rice and Cranberries
This tart, red fruit comes from the Northeast. A favorite way to prep it?
American Indians would blend cranberries with wild rice, sometimes adding other fruits or nuts. Variations of this dish -- which reflect the plants of a region -- can be found throughout the Americas.
In Wompanoag society, women would tend the fields and the hearth, while the men hunted plentiful wild fowl and hoofed forest beats. What they would make with a day's game: sobaheg, a rib-sticking meat stew. Grits, squash, and powdered seeds and nuts helped thicken this artichoke-laden soup.
Cornbread
Most Native Indian tribes prepared dough from maize, since it grew throughout the Americas. The Wompanoag did too. At the first Thanksgiving, it is possible that this starchy staple came served with curds -- a dairy product similar to modern-day cottage cheese.
Please be thankful for what you have today in your life, I know that I have so much in my Life to be Thankful for. HappY Thanksgving to you all.
Shop Small Business on Nov Saturday 26, 2011
You hear a lot about Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but Small Business
Saturday may just be the most important shopping day of the year. Why? Because it matters more to our economy, and to our communities.
Small Business Saturday is about Main Street, not Wall Street. It’s about entrepreneurs and families selling things that the chains and e-commerce companies aren’t. Only small businesses can offer truly unique gifts and the most genuinely friendly customer service.
Small Business Saturday is also about supporting the local economy. The chain stores are owned by bigger companies that are probably based somewhere other than your hometown, but small businesses are usually owned by your neighbors. When you shop at a small business, you’re supporting your local economy and your local job base.
The day originated as a marketing campaign launched last year by American Express as a way to promote local establishments. But as president and chief executive of the National Federation of Independent Business, America’s leading small-business association, I know Small Business Saturday isn't just a gimmick.
Small business drives our economy.
We can’t have a strong economy unless our small businesses are doing well, and right now they are not. They are hurting.
The recession may be over, but according to NFIB's latest Small-Business Optimism Index, the outlook among small-business owners is still grim. Owners say their No. 1 concern is still "poor sales," followed by crushing government regulations and taxes.
Christmas shopping stories on the news tend to focus on the Fortune 500 brands everyone knows. However, they are missing a huge part of the economic story: the small businesses that represent 99 percent of U.S. employers and employ about half of the nation's private-sector workforce.
First held last year, this day is dedicated to encouraging people to give their holiday spending dollars to small neighborhood independent businesses who will support the local economy by keeping the money close to home. After all, studies show that for every $100 spent at a store, only $43 stays in the community if the money goes to a big chain store, while $68 remains in the community at a local store.
To participate, American Express card holders can:
1.register their card.
2.spend at least $25 during Small Business Saturday at eligible small business merchants that are independently owned small businesses that accept AmEx (not large or national chain stores, franchise business locations, or government agencies).
3.receive a one-time $25 credit back on their card account.
I will have another post of where I shop that day.
Jean, I am sending you the letters I (mailed U.S. Postal Serv.) to Lisabeth Fryer on September
16th 2011.Yesterday, at the 3:00 pm Hearing in Orlando...the Livestream camera kept rolling,
showing Jose Baez, Mason and Judge Perry into a heavy conversation.. after he called the Court in
recess on his way out the courtroom...
Then, Lisabeth Fryer ask Jose Baez a question and he responded negative with a head movement...
Cheyney Mason had already received my letter to the Clerk of the court via email on Sept
27th 2011.
Jose Baez keep trying to have Casey Anthony " mentally incapacitated" to PROTECT himself.
You will remember Judge Perry had 3 Court Expert Psychiatrist examine Casey before the
Trial....She has been in CONTROL from Day One....and Casey had not been administered
any medication before she saw that News Segment finding out " a bag of bones was found
suburbanly by Kronk's third attempt...Fully aware she had not kill her loving daugther...
The Sheriff action to record her re-action for the prosecution has Proof of Guilt, was a
blow below the belt ...creating unsubstantial evidence for the media...Nancy's gracefull
exposure of Tote Mom to build her ratings and create violence and hatred in Orlando...
But it was Sealed, because it was too obvious it was "Seditious".
Have a nice Day and God Bless Always.
Good morning Mr. Mason,
Tonight , 11 minutes past midnight, will mark Casey's release from the Orange County jail, door way 19. = 119 Freedom Day for Casey...
Normally, I would be inclined to beleive,that Mr. King , from Casey Point, Florida, was inspired to produce the Thriller ,in Casey Town, outside
the 9th District circuit court...in Or_land_0 ....I've heard from the grapvines, Mr. King has been busy in Nova~Scotia , Canada filming a thriller
titled " Bags of bones "........Pierce Brosman did emphasized it was " Scary ".
Could it be connected with the Casey Marie Anthony bogus trial in Orlando, Florida ? I wish, hope and pray it will give it will freeze Florida bar codes.
I observed and studied Casey's fingerprinted personality since July 21st 2008, when CNN broadcasted the dissapearance of Caylee Marie Anthony,
June 15th 2008. Caylee's blown up picture is still in the trunk of my station wagon. Then , after I called " America Most Wanted " Mr. John Walsh,
was not interested, and on the same day, The Miami Bounty Girl , connected me with the Cobra (Florida Bounty Hunter, William E Staub) instead
of Leonard Padilla in California.
When Cobra got in trouble in Glades, I soon realised, the competion poked the sticks in the wheels tooling with money and media. But worst , was
to find out the law enforcement obstructed justice into a Federal Missing Child Search , in violation of it's 1990 Act , through misconduct in Office,
malfeasance and misfeasance in Office....extended to Orlando.....When Cobra called me, after reporting the Glades County Sheriff Deputy's misconduct
to a Lee County Sheriff Deputy at my residence , NFM, # 19....on August 20th 2008, telling me he had received a call , reminding him
HE was Obstructing Justice...to Back Off if he did'nt want his license { revoked }....I can still hear him saying " Sorry mama, got to feed the kids " I could
not beleive the cobra was crawling under the rock....In a breath I asked, "What about Caylee , Cobra?" he just ended the conversation saying " I'm sorry"
and hang up...case closed.net. I remember the overwhelming reaction invading my whole body thinking this cannot be, what the hell is going on, this is
serious, why would lawmen obstuct justice , fully aware I had told the truth.
What would you have done Mr. Mason ? accepte the corruption and abandon this precious child not knowing if she was sold on the black market ?
......... Just the thought of grown men kidnapping children for sexual fantasy, sent chills down my spine visualizing Caylee's innocent smile in my mind.
I guess you understand Mr. Mason , why I could not crawl under any rock like the cobra did.
My rock was God , realising that it was a Blessing I had seen Casey, Caylee with the babysitter in this Moore Haven other than Heaven , God had sent
me { there } at the right time and right place to give a Voice to his Child ...Lost in the Ever Glades of Sinners given that the TRIO were last seen at the
Baptist Church doorstep....where one of the volunteer had previously used a mafia term, telling me..." You don't bite the hand that feed you " &%$#@?
In 3 days, it will be 3 years and 3 months I saw Caylee Marie Anthony with her mother Casey Marie Anthony accross the Moore Haven bridge....
Today, the Present, the Now....Judge Perry said that Casey Anthony should payback $97K .....because she Lied to LEO , Grand Jury indictment.
Some are inclined to beleive LEO stands for Law Enforcement Officer....But the LEO really stands for LEO nard Padilla whom is the CALIFORNICATION
and the Short Circuit whom bailed Casey Anthony and posted a $500,200.00 Bond. Whom sided with George Anthony whom was interrogated by the Grand
jury...whom Sealed the evidence it had used to charge Casey of Capital murder in October 2008....then then then , throw Roy Kronk in the picture , whom took
a picture of a snake , visualized 3 scenarios of a " bag of bones" alledging they were Caylee's remains by Nancy Grace on December 11th 2008....conveniently ,
practically and Spiritually near her HOME...Hope$pring Drive...directed by the Devil's anchor....
Then, the Californication Expert...Dr. Phil pre~tended his financialand moral support....for a DEAD Caylee Fund Pension to Grandpa and Grandma in the
Hope $pring Drive for MISSING CHILDREN's Hope Chest ...while in the same BREATH...the EXPERT's refuse to FEEL the other side of the MEDAL .....
.has if Casey is In_Visible .......into the Deal by keeping Silent because Chief Judge Belvin Perry found Casey guilty of 4 counts...lying to ....LEO ....
This is where I come in the big picture Mr. Mason....and I am awaiting the 5th DCA 's decision if they will agree with Judge Perry's evaluation...and Order
the " Indigent " to Payback $ 97K....which Cindy and George will provide for Casey...and compensate EquuSearch for their cooperation and I'm sure Cindy
will, arrange Casey's well being with monthly Charity donation to Casey through HER attorney....Case closed.net...
I would not be surprise the Prosecution Mr. Jeff Ashton already had contact with the Californication Expert...Dr. Phil to promote his book and jacked the
Dr.Phil Show ratings....
I have no doubt , the Feds are having a Californication Field Day with this case awaiting the DCA's conclusions....anytime now, since Judge Perry did not
wait till the 22nd of September. He rendered his decision yesterday...September 15th and the DCA received my documentation on Monday September 12th.
3 days earlier. It's out of my hands and in God's Hands...where it has been all along Mr. Mason.
Mr. Mason you must be aware I called your law office on Tuesday September 13th,2011 and ask to talk to Lisabeth J. Fryer. I was very impress with
this young lady, has a brand New Florida Bar Member since April 15th 2011. Very intelligent, distinguished with a promissing Future has an Officer
of the Court....Just like I am persuaded...Casey Marie Anthony could accomplish ...having those FALSE charges dismissed....
Casey Marie Anthony and Lisabeth J. Fryer 's Future are in your hands right NOW Mr. Mason. and You can do it Sir. It would be a real shame for
Casey Anthony to hide behind her attorney because they are the weaky Link and in the same breath ruin Lisabeth's Dream of a promissing Future.
Tomorrow may very well be to late Mr.Mason... The case's californication in under the manifying glass as we speak....
We know the Who...the Why....the When.....and the With....the Where Caylee Marie Anthony landed....
I hope you will re~consider your position into this case...while reviewing ....the between the line chain of events we both experienced in the past 3 years,
and realise that combining your undisclosed information and adding it to my documents..we can project the HD version of the facts,
Casey will remember me when she looks at my Glades County Photo ID...that was recently issued on May 19th 2008....one month to the day I saw her
with Caylee in Moore Haven June 19th 2008...
I will awaite your response Mr. Mason , you can call me at home, ************, I expect nothing more than your full cooperation to re~dress Justice
and give them 2 young women a bright Future...because right now THEY are ONE....while Dr.Phil 's birdies have a broken wing...How about giving
Casey Anthony Surviving an assassination attempt
Casey Anthony is lucky to be alive after allegedly surviving an assassination attempt at her Florida safe house.
Casey's 'panic-stricken' bodyguards had to pull her out of the firing line and whisk her to an emergency hideout in the middle of the night before an assassin 'put a bullet through her brain', The National Enquirer reported.
Casey, who has been dubbed America's most-hated mom, has been in hiding since she was released from jail following a shock not guilty plea at the murder trial of her daughter Caylee on July 5.
Despite efforts by her crack security team to protect her, a hit man allegedly located her hideout and stuck a death warrant to her door saying: 'I know where you are, I'm coming to put a bullet through your brain.'
The Enquirer said it was eerily similar to an email threat the 25-year-old's bodyguards previously received saying: 'I want her dead! if she knew where she was I would do it myself!'
The threatening message - which was allegedly pinned to the door - was said to 'set off a complete panic' and the security team had to assume that Casey's head would be blown off the moment she stepped outside the house.
CASEY ANTHONY THE MOVIE?
The Lifetime cable network is developing a possible TV movie about the sensational murder trial of Casey Anthony.
Fox Television Studios optioned the film and television rights to the book Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony, written by retired prosecutor Jeff Ashton.
It's not known when the project, which is said to be in the early stages, will air. Variety reports that Lifetime has not greenlit the film yet.
In the book, Ashton takes jabs at Anthony's defense lawyers and jurors, calling lead defense attorney Jose Baez 'smarmy' and displaying an unflattering view of the jurors.
According to People, the film would tell the story from the prosecution's point of view, detailing the three years Ashton and his team spent preparing and prosecuting the Florida mother.
A source told the Enquirer: 'There are plenty of people who want to kill Casey because they believe she got away with murdering little Caylee.
'Her bodyguards rushed her off in the middle of the night to another safe house a prearranged safe hideout that was available in the event of such an emergency.'
The insider said decoy vehicles were also used so the 'killer' would not know which one Casey was in, as they are said to realise how determined Casey's enemies are to kill her and had to take every precaution.
'The fact she is still hidden and still alive is testimony to just how good her team of bodyguards are. They're the best, but it was a very close call.'
Because of the terms of her probation for cheque fraud, Casey must stay in Florida for one year and report every month to a probation officer.
This is not the first time her security team have moved her. According to the Enquirer, she was first hidden on St George Island off the coast of northwest Florida before allegedly being moved to a rural location near Gainsville and a condo in New Smyrna Beach.
Boycott Jeff Ashton New Book Imperfect Justice!
ORLANDO, Fla. —
Prosecutor Jeff Ashton calls Casey Anthony's accusation that her father George began molesting her when she was eight years old, then eventually started raping her, "the nuclear lie."
But what we haven't heard is what Ashton calls the much more alarming allegation he said she created around that lie -- that George had deliberately drowned Caylee while he was molesting her in the backyard pool.
Ashton wrote in his newly-released book, “Imperfect Justice,” that Casey told Dr. Jeffrey Danziger, a local psychiatrist, that "she did not believe that Caylee drowned by accident. She did not believe that Caylee could have gotten into the pool on her own, because she couldn't have gotten the ladder up.”
Ashton went on to write, “Casey believed that her father drowned Caylee deliberately or drowned her while he was molesting her, even though she had no evidence that George had ever molested Caylee in the past," and even though shortly after her arrest, she told Dr. Danziger that she had never been sexually abused, Ashton wrote.
In his book, Ashton wrote that Casey also accused George of murdering Caylee sometime after pulling her out of the pool, that Caylee might still have been alive, because during the next 31 days, George told her Caylee was OK.
Ashton wrote that Casey told Dr. William Weitz, of south Florida, that during those 31 days, "she was in a fog. She did not have a clear recollection of what she did or why she did it. She did tell him that she was not a 'party girl.' In explaining the ‘Bella Vita’ tattoo, she said it was an ironic comment on the fact that her life hadn't been beautiful."
She also changed her story to Dr. Weitz, Ashton wrote, saying her father George had molested her into her "late teens, which was longer than in her other account. She also said she had been concerned that George might be Caylee's father until the DNA test done by the FBI ruled out that possibility."
She also told Dr. Weitz that she had Caylee sleep with her to protect Caylee from George, and that when she went to sleep the night before her disappearance, she was wearing a nightgown, but that when George had pulled Caylee out of the pool, she was wearing striped shorts and a pink shirt.
"She explained in great detail that George's upper body was wet but that his lower body was not. The doctor took that as an indication that George held Caylee underwater while he himself was outside the pool," Ashton wrote.
The defense, which Ashton wrote had first told prosecutors it was Casey who found Caylee in the pool, not George, rejected Casey's claim that George murdered Caylee, and argued the exact opposite during its opening statement:
“We are not, nor will we ever say that George Anthony killed Caylee or that he had something to do with her death and the reason's simple: It's not true. It was an accident,” defense attorney Jose Baez said.
Instead, the defense claimed Caylee drowned accidentally and George covered it up to avoid blame.
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said the defense used its legal latitude in settling on a more believable story.
“The defense certainly was smart enough to recognize that dog ain't gonna hunt. We're not selling that to the jury,” Sheaffer said.
The jury apparently bought some of that so-called "nuclear lie," and acquitted Casey of murdering her daughter Caylee.
Keep monitoring WFTV.com and Channel 9 Eyewitness News throughout the day for more details and excerpts from Ashton's new book.
Aliayah Lunsford is it turning into a cold case?
Okay why is noone searching for this baby?????
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Lewis County woman whose 3-year-old daughter has been missing for three weeks was arrested Monday and charged with selling federal food stamp benefits.
A criminal complaint filed Monday in federal court in Clarksburg said Lena Lunsford transferred a Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program card and personal identification number to someone in exchange for $50 cash on Saturday near Weston. The complaint said the person, who wasn't named, intended to use the EBT card to buy $114.82 in food.
"This is obviously ancillary to the actual missing girl case," FBI Special Agent Jeff Killeen told a news conference Monday. "It came to our attention that this was going on after the investigation started."
Lunsford, who was arrested at her home, was released on personal recognizance bond and ordered to appear at a Nov. 7 hearing in federal court in Elkins. She faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted.
Lunsford's daughter, Aliayah Lunsford, went missing Sept. 24 from her Bendale home. Lena Lunsford told police her daughter was in bed that morning at 6:30, but there's been no sign of the child since. The FBI considers the disappearance to be a crime.
A message left with Lunsford's attorney was not immediately returned. A telephone number for Lunsford was unavailable.
Aliayah is about 3 feet tall and 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing purple pajama bottoms and a pink sweatshirt.
Mountaintop removal Endwell West Virgina! Save our KIDS! BOYCOTT
Okay I moved here from Florida to see the Mountain's and Guess what snake moves in to try destroy Gods beauty! The Money Hungry greedy,selfish killers! The Coal Companies. My son's daycare is 2 miles from these JERKS! MY Baby he is only four and they think they are going to pull a fast one! I got one for you I will be WATCHING YOU! Help SAVE our CHILDREN IN ENDWELL,Squire,War West Virgina Area and in Bishop VA. At least 3,000 animals will die within the couple weeks! PLEASE HELP! STOP this before it's to LATE!
Mountaintop removal is a relatively new type of coal mining that began in Appalachia in the 1970s as an extension of conventional strip mining techniques. Primarily, mountaintop removal is occurring in West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee. Coal companies in Appalachia are increasingly using this method because it allows for almost complete recovery of coal seams while reducing the number of workers required to a fraction of what conventional methods require.
The US Environmental Protection Agency defines mountaintop removal as follows:
“Mountaintop removal/valley fill is a mining practice where the tops of mountains are removed, exposing the seams of coal. Mountaintop removal can involve removing 500 feet or more of the summit to get at buried seams of coal. The earth from the mountaintop is then dumped in the neighboring valleys.”
There are 6 main components of the mountaintop removal process:
CLEARING — Before mining can begin, all topsoil and vegetation must be removed. Because coal companies frequently are responding to short-term fluctuations in the price of coal, these trees are often not even used comercially in the rush to get the coal, but instead are burned or sometimes illegally dumped into valley fills.BLASTING — Many Appalachian coal seams lie deep below the surface of the mountains. Accessing these seams through surface mining can require the removal of 500-800 feet or more of elevation. Blowing up this much mountain is accomplished by using millions of pounds of explosives.Coal and debris is removed by using this piece of machinery, called a dragline. A dragline stands 22 stories high and can hold 24 compact cars in its bucket. These machines can cost up to $100 million, but are favored by coal companies because they displace the need for hundreds of jobs..The waste from the mining operation, also known as overburden or spoil, is dumped into nearby valleys, burying streams. According to an EPA environmental impact statement, more than 1,000 miles of Appalachian streams were permitted to be buried as of 2001.The coal is washed and treated before it is loaded on trains. The excess water left over from this process is called coal slurry or sludge and is stored in open coal impoundments. Coal sludge is a mix of water, coal dust, clay and toxic chemicals such as arsenic mercury, lead, copper, and chromium. Impoundments are held in place by mining debris, making them very unstable.RECLAMATION — While reclamation efforts such as stabilization and revegetation are required for mountaintop removal sites, in practice, state agencies that regulate mining are generous with granting waivers to coal companies. Most sites receive little more than a spraying of exotic grass seed, but even the best reclamation provides no comfort to nearby families and communities whose drinking water supplies have been polluted and whose homes will be threatened by floods for the hundred or thousands of years it will require to re-grow a forest on the mined site.
Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips, 4 months missing
Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips, 4 months
LUDINGTON — Another daylong search for missing 4-month-old Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips resulted in no new leads that would help authorities locate the missing infant who was abducted on June 29, according to an official late Friday.
Law enforcement officials from the Ludington Police Department, Mason County Sheriff's Office, Michigan State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and various police agencies across the state invited volunteers Friday to join in on the search.
As of late Friday, no new information about the case or the whereabouts of the baby was known. The search was still going on around 5 p.m. It was unclear how long Friday's search was set to continue.
The search will resume Saturday at 9 a.m. Volunteers are asked to meet in the parking lot of the Leviathan Disk Golf Course on the west side of Jebavy, north of Johnson Road.
Volunteers must be 18 years or older, and should come equipped with a photo I.D., water, footwear appropriate for a wooded search, brightly colored shirts or vests, and a walking stick to move aside vegitaiton. They will be asked upon arrival to check in with the Ludington Police Department.
Sean Michael Phillips, 21, is accused of abducting the child outside the Ludington apartment where the baby lived with her mother, Ariel Courtland, 19, and the couple's 3 1/2-year-old daughter, Haley.
Phillips has been charged with kidnapping, and remains lodged at the Mason County Jail on $500,000 bond. He has not cooperated with authorities about the whereabouts of the infant, whom Phillips claims is not his biological child. Courtland insists the child is his.
Sean Phillips
At 1 p.m. volunteers and law enforcement began to search the area of School Forest Trails and the Levianthan Disk Golf Course.
Authorities still hope to speak with anyone who saw Phillips from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on June 29. Phillips was seen at the Wendy’s Restaurant, 5189 W. U.S. 10, that afternoon.
Courtland said she and Phillips got into an argument in his vehicle parked outside her Ludington apartment at 922 E. Tinkham before he drove off around 1 p.m. with the baby in the vehicle.
That was the last time she saw the infant, police said. The couple was arguing over parenting issues, Courtland said.
Phillips was arrested a few hours later at his parents' home, 280 Millerton, in Victory Township about five miles north of Scottville, without the baby in his care. He refuses to tell anyone what happened with the infant.
Authorities have searched a swampy, wooded area near the Victory Township home and all over the Ludington area, but haven't found anything significant to assist the investigation.
Many believe that by now the baby is deceased, although Phillips has told Courtland she is alive.
Caylee Marie Anthony Your Justice is coming
Caylee You have waited a very long time for your Justice. The Trial is about to begin it has been close to three years since you first went missing. I remember the first time I meet your Grandpaw and Cindy, it was when these horrible people where throwing rocks and yelling baby killer. Something came over me and ran up to Cindy and George to help
protect your grandparents. The Pain and Fear that I seen in the eyes for the first time was underscribable.
The First time I ran into Casey Anthony was at a Local Bar in Orlando four years ago. Orlando is really a small town when you live somewhere a long time everyone knows everbody and we all just like to have a good time with friends AND family. Caylee you touched my heart and the world's heart may you get justice that you deserve.
What the State of FLorida does'nt want you to Know about the Casey Anthony Case
On April 6 ,2010 Dr Logan testify about Chemicals,False Positive and Negative,Odors,Fatty Acids,Chloroform,Compounds. Eight six compound's was missing from the report. Sixty one was not on the carpet, Children also have a different decp sign. The Errors and Fraud the crime Lab comes into question has lack of control evidence. Casey Anthony 6th Amendment's rights where violated the secret science the ORNl has refused to turn over the Chromatograms. On all Human Decompistion there was over nine different studies and they all disagree.The Orange County Sheriff Office and the FBI waited over six weeks to do air trunk study. The examination of the air samples from trunk carpet using generally accepted methods.Methodology is generally accepted protocol's that are not followed. Even a soda can can give a false reading.There was no FLOUIRIDE in the air study.Vass will not tell the public about his chemicals that he could have possibly plant in the Casey Anthony Case.Dr Vass is not a chemist and talk about his theories.
Baez said the team has not sued the FBI yet does not have the money yet to do that. FBI agent Nick Savage has leak out some photos and info to a woman that works Leonard Padilla. I just want everyone to think for a moment if this was your son or daughter life on the line. What would you do if you know there is no way that they could kill there own child?
If it was a accident and Caylee Marie Anthony Drowned in the pool and Casey Panic.Casey could have been busy texting or the computer for a minute a little Caylee could of slept away for just only two Seconds and drowned in the pool.That's what I have always thought from the beginning and feel in my heart that is what really happen to sweet little Caylee. But who placed the body there Casey was in jail than she got out. Back in October there was unusual smell in the wood on Suburban Drive that my team and Could of not find the source to the smell. Im am thankful that I did not run across little Caylee bones and skull. That would forever be in my head for the rest of my life. Roy Kronk ex girlfriend is guard at the OCJ and possible got some info of where little Caylee was to be found. SO she told Roy AND Dominick Casey Got hold of some info from a inside source where caylee was placed. He knew where she was and was directed not call the police.
In Florida Court room it says Equal Justice for All, But what is Justice when Sgt Allen, Nick Savage has lied and covered up Evidence and Possible plant some in this case. Most of the Deputy's and the FBI are honest,sincere,trustworthy,professional. But there are some bad apples where ever you go. Just because they are MR law they think they are above the law. As my Father has once started out as local cop 32 years ago he is now very high up in Government Agency. My Father is true hero to me he has protect and served his Country and he would Die for America and loves the USA. I do respect the law but not rats as* cops that fabricated evidence. Sometimes the truth hurts!
What's the real evidence in the Casey Anthony Case
Over the past couple of years we have heard stories regarding evidence ranging from chemical impounds to alien abduction's. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we will finally get to what the law consider culpable evidence. Unfortunately what is common sense to us get confused in the court of law.
My hope is that all though some of the evidence is obviously against Casey
that people would take into consideration all the evidence and make a Just decision.I'm sure if you are like me you have been accused of something by rumors or hearsay that was not the total truth,and after all of the facts came out you where finally exonerated.
It's hard to imagine a parent/mom having the ability to take the life of there only child. As a mom who loves her children dearly and has been involved in this case since the beginning,I often try to comprehend the thoughts that must have been going with Casey Anthony. My thoughts and prayers are that what ever the truth is ,that in the end Caylee Marie Anthony will get her justice serve.
Curtis Jackson Does another Hoax, A man in Baraga Maximum Correctional Facility
Curtis Jackson, a 35-year-old inmate at the Baraga Maximum Correctional Facility, made the filing using handwritten notes.
All filings in court cases become part of the public record.
According to prison records, Jackson was sentenced for several offenses, including assault with intent to rob while armed and bribery of a public officer.
just a hoax from a man in jail filed by Curtis Jackson asking Jose Baez removed from the Case.
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A man in prison in Michigan filed a motion with the Orange County Clerk of Courts late Monday asking for Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez to be removed from the case. The hand written motion was filed by Curtis Jackson is not considered a legal document.
Click here to view the letter
Jackson’s hand written note was filed with the clerk’s office late Monday. The Orange County Court issued the following statement regarding the filing:
“To clarify, the Clerk filed a Motion in this case labeled “Defendant’s Motion for Withdrawal of Appointed Counsel” along with a brief and affidavit. They are filed by an inmate in Michigan allegedly on Ms. Anthony’s behalf. It is obviously filed by someone not connected to the case. I do not know the Clerk's policy on filing documents such as this. The Court did not receive a courtesy copy.”
Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. She has pleaded not guilty, claiming a babysitter kidnapped her toddler. Caylee was last seen in June of 2008, but she was not reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in woods near the family's home in December 2008.
The Judge Rocks his Room and shows who runs the show
It was no April fool day in Judge Perry Court Room Today. The Judge Knows how to run the show it's his way or you way pay big bucks. So Cindy testify about spraying a whole bottle of febreze in the car and it was the worst smell or her life. Cindy also found Caylee doll and a purse in her trunk Miss Mcbribe testtify that she testify about the garbage that she removed from the trunk and the smell. But the garbage did'nt have strong unsually order. Dr Furton is Professor in chemistry and biochemistry. I really enjoyed his testimony today. His testiomny was about compounds,chloroform,soil samples,fatty acids,chemical impounds. So basically the FBi could have botched this case.
From my personal esperince with Sgt Allen and other deputys from this case is that. Sgt Allen is not very profesional at all, he is very rude for one.
The pictures and video that I took of my search where the body was evently found. I told Sgt Allen on Dec 11,2008 that I have more photos and Video of that area, please come and get them asap. So I got ahold of baez team and told him these facts he send out a PI to my house,than we went to the crime scene. I gave them the photos and a video from the crime scene the took them and it proves that the pictures was from the crime scene. All the dates that I said I search the spot where verfifed by the defense was by computer anaylis. When I took my computer into bestbuy I did'nt ask for anything to be deleted. I just said I had a bad virus and please clean my files. So my Photos that I gave to Sgt Allen two photos where distroyed and a video from the spot where Caylee was found was also missing was the video. What Sgt Allen didnt know I had other pictures/video stored on a cd. I also recoverd the picturees that ORANGE county sheriff dept had deleted from my computer. So the dept did that to me I could only imagine what they did wrong in the Casey Anthony case. Very soon time will tell and all the lies that was told.Someday we all have to answer to the almighty Judge above.
Here is how to make Chloroform
Instructions
things you'll need:
shock powder (must be calcium hypochlorite) this chemical is used for chlorinating swimming pools. It is also know as bleaching powder and can be purchased even at wal-mart
acetone
water
ice
a pitcher which can be disposed of after use or put away for safety
1
Pour water into the pitcher and dissolve the shock powder into it with stirring. Make certain that you dissolve the entire amount of hypochlorite so that less byproduct might be transferred into the final product.
2
Add a few pieces of ice and begin pouring the acetone in and continue stirring. stir continuously but without extreme sped. Remember it is important to thoroughly mix the ingredients without having a mess on your hands.
3
The mixture will begin a chemical reaction that increases temperature. The chloroform may accidentally be distilled off during this reaction if you do not keep the water below 140 degrees. Just around 135 is ideal.
4
The three layers that can be seen after the reaction is complete is; top: unreacted acetone, middle: water and any remaining ice, bottom: chloroform. Use a separatory funnel to remove the chloroform.
A very Short Hearing Today in the Casey Anthony Case Only over 20 mins
At 10:02 the hearing started no Baez. The court room was so empty it is probaly to do with the severe weather we have been having in central fl for the past 14 hours. Casey Look tired and very anxious for being there today. But she did look back and smile at me. I was talking to Cindy about that Protester Patrica Young and recalling that night when Patrica would not ever go away. She Thank me once again for being there that day and helping search for Caylee. She told me George will not be here today but maybe tomorrow. So I moved over to Caylee's Side and Dave Knechel came in and sat right Next to me. We chat for few and we both did not almost come today because of the weather.
Cheney Mason: Said Good news The good news is, for the most part, I'm advised the state doesn't have objections," defense attorney J. Cheney Mason told Judge Belvin Perry.
Cheney informed the judge that they have voluntarily removed Sharon Cadieux from the list, saying neither side has been able to get cooperation from her; Cadieux went to the Anthony's home in 2008 to protest and George Anthony, Casey's father, pushed her during an altercation.
"All of the rest of the witnesses have been deposed," Cheney said. "With the exception of doctors Danziger and Weitz, who are scheduled for [state] deposition next week."
State prosecutors then had an opportunity to speak, concurring with what Cheney said about witnesses. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton suggested to Judge Perry that any matters involving the aforementioned doctors, who plan to testify about Casey's state of mind, be reset for discussion after they have completed their depositions. This is what Kathy from wftv says:The defense was quite subdued after making some very serious accusations against the judge last week.
In a motion filed by defense attorney Cheney Mason (read it), Chief Judge Belvin Perry was called "biased" and factually and legally wrong in deciding to allow the jury to hear all of Casey's lies to investigators and to her family early on in the case.
Thursday, Mason did not address his accusations during or after court. Other than cutting off Judge Perry at the beginning of the hearing, Mason did not address in any way his accusations that Judge Perry was "disingenuous" and flat-out wrong to allow jurors to hear Casey Anthony lie to investigators and to her family during phone calls and visits with them when she was in jail.
The judge previously rejected defense arguments that Casey was actually in custody and that her parents and brother were acting as agents of investigators, so she should have been told she had a right to remain silent.
Rare for a Casey Anthony hearing, Thursday morning's hearing was over in around 20 minutes.
"The good news is, for the most part, I'm advised the state doesn't have objections," defense attorney J. Cheney Mason told Judge Belvin Perry.
Cheney informed the judge that they have voluntarily removed Sharon Cadieux from the list, saying neither side has been able to get cooperation from her; Cadieux went to the Anthony's home in 2008 to protest and George Anthony, Casey's father, pushed her during an altercation.
"All of the rest of the witnesses have been deposed," Cheney said. "With the exception of doctors Danziger and Weitz, who are scheduled for [state] deposition next week."
State prosecutors then had an opportunity to speak, concurring with what Cheney said about witnesses. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton suggested to Judge Perry that any matters involving the aforementioned doctors, who plan to testify about Casey's state of mind, be reset for discussion after they have completed their depositions.
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said he's not surprised by Mason's demeanor in court Thursday.
"What people don't realize is that you file these motions, you make your arguments. Once you get a ruling, you move on. It's not personal, it's business," Sheaffer said.
After court, WFTV tried to ask Mason about his accusations against the judge. Instead, he hid his face behind his umbrella..
Both sides are to be back in court at 9:00am Friday morning to go over several remaining motions. WFTV.com
Patrica Young ohhh my
I would like to say something about this Patrica Young, The woman has no class at all! She and her nasty lover would stay and stalk the Anthony's for hours at their house. They would say awful things to they Anthony's. Like the night when she was harassing George Anthony I was there. I heard her in the back saying I want to kill Casey Anthony. So when she saw george pulled up she walked over their and started scearming baby killer the Anthony's support a baby killer. So Cindy came up in the yard and nailing no tresping signs in the yard. I came up to her and said , hi im Joy and I know Casey Anthony from Cowboys. I was helping doing a live search for Caylee and Equusearch. She said, Joy it's so nice to meet you Im glad not everyone out here screams like this, I laughed. When the yelling got more intense Cindy ask me to walk with her closer to George because this lady Patrica has been stalking them for days in front of the house and want go away.I said yes I will help... So when Patrica was yelling baby killer and stuff about god. I said; did god create Adam and eve or bill and Steve? That shut her up for only a few seconds. Than I told her she was not acting like a loving Christian should if you care about Caylee go help search for her. I told her I just searched over eight hours by a lake with a 7 foot alligator within 3 feet of me. She started to cuss me out. Than George Anthony has had enough of her BS! He warned her 4 times that night to get out of his yard and away from his car. She came at him with a sign and threat in to hit him. George Anthony defended for him self. The woman Patrica young is so insane and needs to get some help! I can't stand her voice and her attitude just sucks too!
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's murder trial could be in jeopardy if proposed legislative funding cuts go through, according to Orange County Clerk of Courts Lydia Gardner.
Gardner said the court won't be able to afford the trial, which would then be canceled, if the proposed 5 percent cut goes through.
Gardner released this statement to WFTV: “Our funding for the Casey Anthony trial is in serious jeopardy at this time. The Florida Senate has proposed a 5 percent cut to our budget in the 4th quarter, just as the Anthony trial is scheduled to begin. I have informed both the Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court as well as Chief Judge Belvin Perry of these dire circumstances. If the Senate proposal goes through, the trial is in jeopardy of being canceled or suspended.”
However, a spokesperson for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court suggests that talks of continuing the case are "extremely premature."
"The State vs. Casey Anthony trial is moving forward. It has not been continued," said the Chief of Due Process Services, Karen Levey.
Casey's trial is scheduled for May 9.
Could the Orange County Deputies and the FBI botched band on Caylee's hair?
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- New numbers show the case against Casey Anthony will cost the courts more than $360,000, according to a report in the Orlando Sentinel.
Most of that money will cover sequestering the jury.The hotel bill for 12 jurors and eight alternates is expected to cost more than $125,000 and close to $50,000 will go toward meals.
Transportation, security, juror wages, and miscellaneous expenses are expected to cost more than $170,000.
STATE FILES RESPONSE OVER HAIR EVIDENCE IN CASEY CASE
The state filed its response Wednesday to a defense motion trying to keep key evidence about a hair found in Casey Anthony's car trunk out of court.
A hair in the trunk did show signs of decomposition, but the defense says there's not enough "science" to back up that claim.
Prosecutors submitted more than 300 pages of case law to back their claims.
The judge still has to rule on the issue.
DOCUMENT RAISES QUESTIONS ABOUT EVIDENCE IN CASEY CASE
A newly released report (read it) shows Casey Anthony’s defense is trying to claim the Orange County medical examiner botched Caylee Anthony's autopsy.
The defense is trying to prove that the duct tape on Caylee's mouth was placed there after Casey was already in jail.
Casey's defense team is working hard to discredit the Orange County medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavalia and her findings of Caylee's autopsy.
“Many have tried to discredit her, few if any have been successful,” said WFTV’s legal analyst Bill Scheaffer.
The defense hired their own expert Werner Spitz, a Michigan forensic pathologist, to perform another autopsy. He questioned the timing of when the duct tape was placed over Caylee's mouth.
“The defense is also trying to attack the integrity of the crime scene and implying that the body was placed there after Casey was in jail, that the duct tape was placed on Caylee after Casey was in jail,” said Scheaffer.
Spitz claimed he didn't find any of Caylee's DNA on the duct tape that was supposed to be attached to her hair.
This statement contradicts the Orange County medical examiner's findings. But Scheaffer said this argument may not be enough to convince a jury.
“I don't believe that this in and of itself is going to be enough to raise reasonable doubt,” he said.
The defense's doctor also said the cause of Caylee's death is undetermined and that there's no scientific evidence it was murder.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Sheriff's Office is mourning the deaths of two deputies that died within just days of each other.
Homicide detective 48-year-old Michael Erikson collapsed and died Wednesday night. The department was already reeling from the death of 40-year-old Deputy Sebastian Diana over the weekend.
Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings said his deputies are shaken to the core about the deaths. Both men were on the force for more than a decade and were very well-liked and highly respected.
“He was a very neighborly guy, very outgoing, very well respected here within our organization,” said Demings.
On Wednesday, Erickson collapsed while playing racquetball with a neighbor at the YMCA aquatic center off International Drive.
Erickson worked for the sheriff's department for 13 years and was set to testify in the Casey Anthony murder trial. Erickson was the first detective to interview Lee Anthony in 2008 and also interviewed Casey's neighbor, who loaned her a shovel during the time Caylee was missing.
WFTV’s legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says any statements detective Erickson made before his death can be used at trial.
“The state can use his deposition as substantive evidence as though he was there in person,” said Sheaffer.
Just days before Erickson’s death, the sheriff's office lost Diana, who contracted a bacterial infection after giving a 3-month-old mouth-to-mouth resuscitation back in 2006.
The child didn't make it and Diana was sick off and on for the past few years. Family members said his heart finally gave out.
“In many ways the life he was trying to save may have caused his own life,” said Demings. “That's what law enforcement officers do. They put themselves in harm's way every day and that's what it's all about.”
Because he died in the line of duty, Diana’s family will receive a portion of his pay and benefits for life.
Both men leave behind a wife and children.
