Casey Anthony suffered minor injuries when she fell at the Orange County Courthouse on Tuesday, causing her to miss a two-hour hearing where her lawyers argued about a variety of topics including the death penalty.
A jail spokesman said Anthony's restraints became entangled and officers were unable to catch her before she fell. She was seen by medical personnel in an undisclosed location and the incident appears to be an accident.
Anthony, 24, faces a count of first-degree murder in the 2008 death of her daughter Caylee Marie. The toddler's remains were found in December 2008, six months after her mother claims she last saw her alive.
Defense attorney Cheney Mason waived Anthony's right to be at the hearing, which focused on four defense motions.

When I first Arrived at the court house it was a few minutes after 1pm. First we told it was going to be on the 19 th floor. Than at 205 pm we found out it is the top floor. I meet a girl name misty she is a student from tech school writing a story about Casey. When we walk in the court we sat in the front row, their where no seats really. I was told we had to move, the bailif ask if we where attorneys. I said no; I said hi To Cindy Anthony and I sat behind her by Bob Kealing and wesh attorney. Briefly said hi to Bob Kealing he is always pleasant.
The hearing was really long I could not hear Jose Baez for the most of the time. The court reporter had a long time hearing him as well. The hearing last 2 hours and 20 minutes. Cindy Anthony took some meds inside the hearing I believe they where Alive. Holly Bristol sat in the same row as the Anthony's. She kept giving me a evil look. She is one nasty reporter who talks to other news reporters about me. She is mad because I would never add knowledge her. With the money she makes she should get her teeth fix, JMO!
After the hearing talk with Jose Baez I ask him a few questions. The main one I ask was why are you avoiding talking with Will C? He gave me no answer, than again outside I asked Mr. Mason. Don't you think it's important to the case if someone donated 20,000 to help find Caylee? He told me this is the first he is hearing about this.Will* has been mailing email to Jose Baez but never responds to any of them. I asked him why and what are they hiding? He said good question I don't have a answer for that right now. So let me guess they are going to go think of a answer. Than they I will asked again next time.
After talking with him I was approach by some blogers. A guy name Jeff that is trying to marinade dave off of world press. He gave a petition paper to me Justice4caylee@care2petitionsite.com
I was told that Dave put up that Jeff was a sex offender. But that is not true at all he does not have any crimes. So after the hearing and before the hearing was the most intersing to me.
