In process of editing this. Jan 10 I took My son Pauly to his peds in Cheifland FL. When we got there his temp was 103 at the highest temp during the night was 105 and he was throwing up orange or blood like and had been having seizure. Dr .Jennifer Jones looked at Paul for few mins and said get right to a hospital. UF.. Ok Got to the hospital Shands Jennifer Jones replays,when we got there. A Student comes in looks at Pauly who was having another seizure .
They did labs ,blood work,urine,X-ray of chest. I got call from the my marine friend in Iraq he was talking about bombs and this new guns. I made the call really short. I was more concerned about Pauly's health. Cop came in and said ." Do you have a gun? I said no! I didn't have gun in my purse. In which I did'nt bring my gun to the hospital I left it at home. He searched my body, my stuff. OK next the student doctor, Dr Kobia came back and said you can go home . This would be the first time I asked for second opinion,griveance,transfer
Swelling, discomfort, burning, and/or tightness
Cool skin and blanching
Decreased or stopped flow rate.Susan Crane never Stop the I.V. flow and remove the I.V. line, unless the catheter should remain in place to administer the antibiotics. The IV was not put in right!!!
I kept asking for a transfer over and over. Filed a griveance and asked to speak to IRENE ALEXAITIS, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is vice president, nursing and patient services at UF Health Shands Hospital an other Chief Administrative Officers. Noone ever did come to talk to me.
. Pauly fell asleep about 5 am.... Student Dr.Kobia doctor come's in and does all kinds test wake him up. Than the real doctor comes in about 8 am does the same thing! about 945 am . Nurse Susan Crane comes and un hooks the Iv drip he is geting better..I then Took Pauly for a little waggin ride at 10 am. Came back at 10:20am.. I asked to use the phone before 11am my cell phone was dead. I wanted my husband John Wray to come up to the hospital so I could go home and rest because I have been up taking care of pauly for three days and I was tired and needed a nap.KIMBERLY HANLEY IS THE ONE WHO MADE THE MADE THE CALL TO THE 1800 Abuse HOTLINE .. And made a VICIOUS LIES FALSE ALLEGATIONS on ME! 11:30am CPS arrived. 11:25 nurse Susan Crane came and hooks his iv back.. I'm like what is going on! I knew something was up then !. 1130. CPS Tamkica SHAW came in and I told her I will not talk to her without a lawyer and a video camera!..

My little 3 year son Paul Wray as she walk in he said she is mean and told her to go away. Mommy let's go home ,momma I'm scared!!!!!!!!!! A three year old.... So I packed up our stuff and tried to leave the hospital with Pauly.. I was going to take Pauly to North Florida or Dr Davis In Virginia,in which is a lot better it's not run by a bunch of college kids. The security guard's stop me in the elevator .. They took Pauly into another room ,, they said I couldn't go in there ,, But I pushed my way in there. ,I was trying hold him and gave him a blue robe type blanket, really soft,There where three nurse where hurting my son they was pokeing the needle around in his small arm making him scream and cry really loud.. crying moma help . I told them you are hurting my son and causing physical harm and abuse to my son, and you best stop or you will either be without a job or a file a warrant on you and have you charged. I stepped few steps back and started video recording of how they was hurting my son, So I would have my legal proof. I recorded some of the stuff 2. Cops came 5 of them, took me back to my room for 45 mins,,,, CPS Tamica Shaw never let me see no paper work ,no warrant or anything signed by a judge! So its Fed kidnaping because we were not legal residents of Florida .So They took me to jail..Before I was leaving I was begging Office Ricky Morgan let me give leave his blue teddy bear and say good bye.. When we where in the cop car I said please go give the blue teddy bear to him. He has never been left alone without his mommy and he is really scared . I also told him that the security guards hurt me and dislocated my shoulder He refused to take to the er to get a xray . But no!. I was placed straight into witness protection where judges,cops go if they where arrestted.
Officer Bass in the jailhouse was very protected of me, she help give me a shower, comb my hair out and said this is unreal . She called the nurse right way and a doctor came and said her shoulder is is dislocated I can see its out of place just by looking at it. I was in the jail for another 8 hours with my shoulder being out of place, it was painful. But my mind couldn't get off of my son Pauly and my other 4 children. I asked if someone could see Pauly in the hospital. The next Morning two doctors came in and said she needs to be in the ER and not Jail. But the Judge wanted to see me first so she could get me out there. So I was seen. I walked from the jail to almost to the hospital with my shoulder still dislocated. Along the way there was an old marine guy sitting on a park bench .He said come here u look like your about to past out and could use a drink of water. I was holding my shoulder and started to cry. The old marine said ur shoulder is dislocated I can help but it will fell like you got hit by a semi truck. I said ok. he laid me on the ground said put this rag in your mouth and bite it is hard as you can. AS so I did. It took about one min to be put back in place. I was screaming, it was one of my worst pains that I have had in a very long time. He put in back in place for. I was about 2 miles from the hospital. he said, here is some money get on this bus and get to the hospital I said sir I can't take your money. He said its a order and get on that bus !Got 2 jail spend the night got out the next day.
TINA FORREST CPI from OLD Town Fl also took my 4 other children without my attorney being called first and we had a video camera present. She also broke a court order in which she is not aloud to talk my children without a lawyer. Their case worker is Trisha Anderson she has forged legal docs and has lied under oath on the stand, Jason Katz also has lied numerous times to my face and help change legal docs, He also carries a pocket knife in the court house, He also GOES INTO THE BAck WHERE THE JUDGE Jennifer Johnson IS WITH THE Bailiff J Valentine is that legal?Jennifer Sager is PHD quack WHAT A NASTY LIEING MONSTER! Was paid off by DCF to get on the stand and lie she has never meet me she was only pieced mailed of what Trisha Anderson wanted her to see not my private expert Dr. Harry Krop-Dr. Harry Krop--an apparently well-respected Florida forensic psychologist who reportedly met with the recently acquitted Casey Anthony in jail for a total of approximately twenty hours-- told Dr. Drew Pinsky during an interview last week that, in his professional opinion, she did not suffer from any diagnosable mental disorder whatsoever. . His report that I was a stable mother and the children were safe to be with me he had no concerns. The Judge Jennifer Johnson didn't let him testify on my behalf.But Dr Davis the children peds for over 7 years did. He said I know Joy personally for seven years Joy and John Wray are good family. He also said that there are no concerns the kids never had any marks no signs of abuse,no sign of mental illness, I always took the to the doctors visit,referrals and never missed one. ... Licensed Mental Health Counselor said that Abigail was sexually molested in Florida Foster care,And Abigail Wray and William wants to go home to us. But she thinks they should TPR and it doesn't care what the children want, they will get over us and its no big deal! EVIL LIEING WITCH!
EMDR Therapist .Ninga Johnson the GAL says she visited them with the Stricklands in Dixie county FL .All she ever saw is they, Paul and Luke Wray just set and watch TV at her once a month visit she,has never see them play out side. Never saw us at any of our visit. Another liar!They also all go eat at subway together at lunch. I have had pending law suit for years. In which when my oldest daughter Victoria turn 18 we had agreement of millions of dollars when she became of age she became 18 5/17/2017 not a dime. So I will be contacting FBI Chris Wray in which John Wray family member.To help with these MAGGITS!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER Been talking With my wonderful caring friend for 3 hours tonight Daniel Blair Yea,///////////////// I figured it was a claim under 42 USC 1983, because Federal causes of action are actually limited, and that is one of the most popular, and seemed likely to fit best.

Part one how I am going to reform CPS with the help of few friends
1. Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate corruption in the CPS system. This prosecutor should have the power to subpoena documents and witnesses and bring court cases against corrupt "child protection" agents or agencies.
2. Remove all immunity for CPS agents who behave unethically or illegally.
3. Repeal Hillary Clinton's Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997, which created financial incentives for CPS to remove children and adopt them out. You can read more about ASFA here.
4. Make it a federal crime to falsely accuse anyone of child abuse to a state agency.
5. Allow those falsely accused of child abuse or neglect by a state agency or private citizen to recover punitive damages of at least $100,000 per false charge, in addition to any other compensatory damages are ordered by the court.
6. Require a warrant based on probable cause in order to remove children or enter a home unless the agents actually witness abuse in progress (the 4th Amendment requires a warrant for governmental searches or seizures.)
7. Require CPS caseworkers to wear dash and body cameras which are recording at all times.
8. Reform “medical neglect” laws to define “medical neglect” as neglect of life-saving medical care only -- not refusal to give children dangerous psychotropic drugs or other “psychological treatment.”
9. Pass laws which affirmatively declare that parental refusal to medicate children with psychiatric drugs cannot be construed as abuse or neglect in any circumstances -- and affirmatively prohibit CPS from investigating or contacting a family based on a complaint related to failure to medicate a child with psychotropic drugs.
10. Reform the “anonymous reporting” system. The 6th Amendment to the Constitution provides that criminal defendants must be allowed to confront the witnesses against them. Require reporters to provide their name and phone number to CPS -- and require CPS to reveal the name and phone number of reporters to the parents within 14 business days -- unless they can prove to a court of law that the name should not be revealed. Make it a criminal offense for educational, medical, or legal professionals to lie about their name or phone number to CPS.
11. Require anyone who reports abuse and/or neglect to CPS either over the phone or in person to swear under penalty of perjury that their accusations are true.
12. Require all medical facilities, including mental health facilities, to provide all medical records to parents within 7 business days.
